NDIS eligibility, funding and the final service arrangement depend on the participant’s plan and our intake assessment. We confirm the agreed service arrangement before support starts. We do not guarantee funding or availability before that discussion.

Please provide accurate information and do not include health details such as diagnoses or medication in public forms. Do not submit information about another person without their consent.
