Our experienced Registered Nurses provide professional, compassionate and personalised nursing care in the comfort of your home. We work with you, your family, healthcare professionals and support network to support agreed clinical needs. Clinical support is provided after assessment, with consent, and in line with an individual clinical care plan and the nurse’s qualifications and scope of practice.
What we can support with
- Wound and pressure care, where clinically appropriate.
- Medication management within the nurse’s qualifications and scope.
- Continence and catheter care, and related education.
- Chronic disease monitoring and education (for example diabetes or respiratory conditions).
- Enteral (PEG) feeding management and carer education.
- Clinical monitoring and consent-based escalation to your healthcare team where needed.
