Getting started
No. You can contact us at any stage — even if you are still applying for the NDIS. We will explain what supports we offer and help you understand the next steps.
After your intake meeting, most participants are matched with a support worker within 1–2 weeks, depending on your area and schedule.
Services
We currently support participants across Sydney. Enter your suburb in the enquiry form and we will confirm availability for your area.
Yes. We match you based on your needs, preferences and location — and if it is not the right fit, we will rematch you at no cost.
NDIS & funding
We charge according to the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits — no hidden fees. Your service agreement lists every rate before support starts. Always check official NDIS guidance for the latest pricing. (Last reviewed: 1 July 2026.)
Yes — we support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants.
Working with us
Every worker holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check before they support any participant, plus First Aid and CPR and role-specific qualifications. We verify every certificate — they are not self-declared.
