Getting started
No. You can contact us at any stage — even if you are still applying for the NDIS. We will explain what supports we offer and help you understand the next steps.
Timing depends on the service, your area, your schedule, suitability and the agreed intake steps. We discuss the next steps with you after we understand what support you are looking for.
Services
We currently support participants across Sydney. Enter your suburb in the enquiry form and we will confirm availability for your area.
We ask about your needs, preferences and location, then discuss suitable options with you. Availability depends on the service arrangement and the support team available in your area. Tell us if an arrangement is not the right fit so we can discuss next steps.
NDIS & funding
The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits inform the prices that apply to NDIS supports. We explain the proposed service arrangement and applicable rates before support starts. The NDIS determines eligibility and funding; always check official NDIS guidance for current pricing. (Last reviewed: 1 July 2026.)
We can discuss whether our service arrangement is suitable for self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed funding. We confirm the payment and service details during intake.
Working with us
Workers are screened and their role requirements are checked before support starts, in line with applicable NDIS and organisational requirements. Ask our intake team which screening checks, qualifications and experience apply to the proposed service arrangement.
Call us, email us, or use the feedback channel on our Accessibility Statement page for website accessibility issues. We take all feedback seriously and respond promptly.
