Referral and intake
Send the referral with the participant’s consent. Our Intake team will confirm service availability, capacity and the next step with you.
NDIS eligibility, funding and the final service arrangement depend on the participant’s plan and intake assessment. Otogether does not guarantee funding or availability before that discussion.
