Your first NDIS plan review: what to expect and how to prepare

A plan review is a regular check-in about how your NDIS plan is working for you. It is a chance to talk about what has gone well, what has changed, and what supports you need next.

Before the meeting, it helps to gather recent reports from your providers, a short list of your goals, and notes about anything that did not work. You do not need to bring medical records — just enough to explain your situation in your own words.

During the meeting you can ask how each budget was used, what evidence supports a change, and what happens next. If you are unsure about anything, it is fine to ask for it in writing.
