This website is for people with disability — so being accessible isn’t a feature, it’s the point. We commit to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across every page.

What this website supports
- Full keyboard navigation — every action works without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
- Screen readers — tested with NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (macOS/iOS).
- Zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Text and background colours meeting at least 4.5:1 contrast.
- Forms with always-visible labels and clear, written error messages.
- Reduced motion — animations are disabled if your device asks for it.
- No CAPTCHAs, no time limits, no auto-playing media.
How we test
Every release is checked with automated testing (axe-core — zero critical or serious issues allowed) and manual testing: keyboard-only walkthroughs of all key journeys and screen reader testing with NVDA and VoiceOver. Accessibility is a release gate — pages that fail don’t ship.
Known issues
We publish problems we know about and haven’t fixed yet:
- The PDF brochure (2024 edition) is not fully tagged for screen readers. An accessible HTML version is available on the same page. (Fix expected: August 2026.)
- Blog videos older than March 2026 may lack captions. We are re-captioning the archive. (Fix expected: September 2026.)
